Vegbred is made with natural ingredients and does not have any preservatives.

It keeps well at home in the fridge or in the freezer. Treat as you would normal bread – keep wrapped up (airtight) in a cool place away from direct sunlight and hot temperatures.

For best results, we recommend keeping Vegbred wrapped-up in the fridge.

In ambient conditions (your bread bin, or cupboards) it will maintain quality for 3-4 days as long as it is wrapped up (airtight).

In chilled conditions (your fridge) it will last longer, 5-6 days as long as its wrapped up (airtight).

In the freezer, Vegbred will last for up to 3 months.

You can re-freeze Vegbred safely as long as its fresh (within its use by date) when you do so.

We do not recommend refreezing stale Vegbred and it is your risk to do so.

We ask that all customers specify in their account set-up exactly where they would prefer their delivery to be left, in the eventuality they’re not at home.

Boxxfresh.com is the exclusive distributor of Vegbred and is responsible for processing your payment and delivery service for Vegbred

Boxxfresh.com never holds or stores any customer payment information and will only use your personal data for managing your account and delivery. For the Boxxfresh.com data protection policy, please refer to the Boxxfresh T's & C's

Your delivery service billing will be every 2 weeks, starting on your first delivery day.

Billing will be by direct debit and your account will be charged £14.99 every 2 weeks.

Your account is easy to manage and you can put on hold or cancel at any time. Get in touch with us at team@vegbred.com and we will be happy to help.

You can cancel your Vegbred delivery service or account at any time by getting in touch with us at team@vegbred.com

If you’re going away or need to put your delivery service on hold for any reason, please let us know at team@vegbred.com

As Boxxfresh never holds customer payment details, you will need to delete your own direct debit set up should you choose to cancel.

If you would like to add more loaves of Vegbred to your order, please do get in touch with us at team@vegbred.com and we’ll be happy to help!

If you would like to change your delivery address for any reason, please do so by logging into your account.

We offer a delivery service guarantee to mainland UK only.

Deliveries will be made on Wednesdays and Thursdays, depending on which part of the UK mainland you live.

As soon as you’ve placed your order and started your fortnightly delivery service, you will receive a confirmation email from Boxxfresh detailing your account set up and delivery information.

Every time your repeat order is despatched, we will let you know by email. We are always on hand to help, contact us at team@vegbred.com.

We want you to be able to enjoy regular deliveries of Vegbred, so we’ve teamed up with Boxxfresh to offer a convenient fortnightly delivery service throughout the UK mainland.

Vegbred is currently available exclusively online for 2018.

If you live within the Boxxfresh delivery catchment area (please see catchment map on the following link https://www.boxxfresh.com/) you will be able to order Vegbred as part of your weekly veg boxx order, or on its own with a minimum spend for delivery of £15, standard Boxxfresh T's & C’s apply.
